Mission

Our goal is to provide expert quality care
and an exceptional patient experience.

Values

We seek to prioritize care over profit, hospitality in everything, growing responsibly, unique relationships with each patient, and being family oriented.

Vision

To be a locally owned practice where doctors are sole providers, patients experience improved skin health, employees stay long term, and private equity never acquires ownership.

Why We’re Doing What We’re Doing

At Refine Dermatology, our mission is to provide the expert dermatological care and hospitality that we believe every patient deserves. At the head of our team is Dr. Jill Salyards, a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. After working for larger, corporate-owned practices for a few years, she realized her desire to run her own practice where the patient's experience and care are the number one priority. She and her husband, Andy Salyards, created Refine Dermatology so that patients would have a locally owned dermatology practice that they trust.
