Why See a Board Certified Dermatologist?

A board certified dermatologist must complete a 4 years bachelor’s education, 4 years of medical school, 1 year of internship and at least 3 additional years in an accredited dermatology residency. They must also complete rigorous examinations in dermatology and make a commitment to continue their medical education with the latest advances in the industry.
